In this episode, we wrap up our discussion of Peerless with the fifth and final volume. We loved this series, and this volume feels like the perfect end. We couldn’t be happier with the conclusion of this story.

Cui Buqu and Feng Xiao are so endearing as they struggle to finally confess their feelings; their game of cat and mouse is no longer about who can outperform the other in their duties, but a challenge to see who will confess first.

Pride month is just around the corner, and this year, we are celebrating with BL manga! We are reading three manga, releasing one episode a week until we reach the end of the month, and then sharing our regular novel discussion.

And there’s more! Both Arlo and Pa Ying’s birthdays are in June! And coincidentally, one of the manga episodes will be dropping on Pa Ying’s birthday, which gave us an idea: let’s drop an episode on Arlo’s birthday too! So we’ll also be doing a fourth bonus episode. On June 24th, we will discuss the anime series Spirit Pact.
